Ode to poop

Oh no, I still can't go
And the scary fact is
I'm afraid to roam
Too far from home
When feeling so impacted

I hope the rut, in my gut
Will soon start its flow
Then I'll be
Less crampy and free
When my bowels do let go

Unfortunately, I clearly see
My future will hold
Some indelicacy
